What lies on a bookshelf tells a lot about a person. I treat my bookshelf like a story about me. Of course it holds favorite stories, and little books my children loved when their little fingers first learned how to turn a page. But it also holds poems, photos, little pieces of found objects, homemade ceramic arts, little wooden puzzles, and a few sculptures. They were captured watching my models on break in my studio, without a thought of what their physical body was doing, their mind was traveling far and wide. A good book can really take us on the best adventures and make us fall in love with special characters. (available together or individually)
