In order for a work to be truly organic and emulate the human condition, then there must be an element of chaos and imperfection. This is a lesson in letting go and allowing myself to become vulnerable. For years, I had always controlled my art to the utmost, making sure I spoke clearly in aesthetics and message, but little did I know how much more effective I would become by releasing myself to the work and trusting my humanity to speak honestly through my art. I am constantly in a place of learning and surrendering.
